Assura Wandle Services

  • Our Domiciliary Phlebotomy Service is provided by Assura Wandle LLP
  • If you have an eye or muscle and joint problem then you may be offered the choice of using the Assura Wandle Ophthalmology or Musculoskeletal Services
  • These services operate in a suite above Morden Hall Medical Centre and generally have short waiting times
  • Our practice is one of 35 Sutton and Merton practices who are partners in Assura Wandle LLP (a 50/50 partnership between Assura Medical and GP practices), which is an approved provider of NHS services
  • Our involvement in the service means that we have a potential financial interest in referring you to the service but it also hopefully means that we can ensure that the service is of a high standard and meets our patients' needs

  • Biannual raised blood pressure reviews (Blood Pressure can also be checked by using the automated machine in reception or by making an appointment with a nurse)

  • Monday to Friday mornings starting at 8:30am
  • 5 minute appointment slots booked through reception
  • This is an extra service funded by our practice for our patients only
  • You are still free to use the walk-in service at The Nelson Hospital (9am-12:30) or at the Patrick Doody Clinic (9-11am Mon-Thurs)
